Track Your Time by Starting the Timer

FIND YOUR OWN FOCUSED SESSIONS

You will start to choose your own focused sessions from leveled videos.  Choose videos from the topics and work to structure a session that helps you focus on particular issues you'd like to address in your playing.  These videos are meant for short 15 min. sessions that you can work on during breaks in your day. Try to do a few of these every day.

Mouthpiece buzzing is one of the ways many professional players warm up.  An easy way to begin buzzing is by playing simple songs on your mouthpiece.  5-10 minutes of buzzing is plenty of time to focus your embouchure for the day.
